7×7 March 2011

This is a result of a fun photo shoot in mid-January. There were many people who walked by as we were next to chrissy field, the golden gate bridge and the warming hut store. Tom told me that one 8 year old told her dad after watching me swim, that she wants to do that! During the second shoot, a red couch came floating by and leave and re-appear. So random and funny. And after the third series of shots,  an older woman asked me how i was going to get warm? I said that I was headed into a dry sauna at the South End Rowing Club. She told me to make sure I have a big glass of brandy.

The suit that i love and wore for this article, is from a woman athlete and designer in LA, whose brand is dedicated to the athletic female.

What I really love about this comprehensive program is that little ones are being taught the same drills that Richard Quick used with his Standford swimmers and Dave Salo emphasizes with his incredible age group team, Nova Aquatics in southern California.  Truly the method is from infants to champions!
